G.E.M.S. Program
General Emergency Monetary Support
The General Emergency Monetary Support (G.E.M.S.) Program offers one-time assistance to single parents facing immediate financial challenges. Unforeseen circumstances may impact the ability to meet essential needs such as utilities, groceries, and fuel.

All PEARL Promise programs are designed to provide a hand-up, not a handout.

To receive G.E.M.S. assistance, you must:
-
Be a single parent with legal custody of at least one child under the age of 18
-
Reside in Boulder County
-
Currently be receiving some form of government assistance
-
